Astronizer is a personalized-organizer service operated from Amman, Jordan. Astronizer is the product name; it is not a claim that a separately incorporated company has been formed.

Your purchase
The launch offer is one personalized printed A5 coil organizer covering the selected year and web access for the purchased edition, for $79 USD including Standard US shipping. Express is optional and costs extra as shown before payment. Any tax actually collected is itemized in the final checkout total. Our own tax obligations are not transferred to you by these terms. No recurring renewal charge is created by this one-time purchase.
The purchased date range is shown before payment. Web access begins when your organizer is ready and ends after the final day of the purchased edition, using its printed home-city time zone. It is not a separate twelve-month subscription starting on the payment date. Download your PDF while access is active if you want to keep an offline copy. The printed edition and digital companion are separate formats. Digital city changes do not alter the printed home-city times. Saved notes are online account data; they are not printed into a book already ordered or automatically emailed when saved.
Eligibility and accurate details
You must be aged 18 or older to purchase. Provide your own birth details, or those of another adult who has authorized you to do so. Do not submit a child’s details. Review your name, dates, birth time and location, home city, email and delivery details before paying. A known birth time is required; do not guess. Contact support immediately about an error. Corrections may not be possible after production starts; we remain responsible for our own mistakes and applicable consumer rights.
Payment and order confirmation
PayPal approval alone is not an Astronizer confirmation. We confirm a purchase only after verifying the payment. Do not repeat payment if a page is still checking it; check your account or contact support. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will explain the issue and provide the remedy required by law, including a refund where applicable.
Printing, shipping, cancellations and defects
The Shipping Policy and Custom Orders & Refunds Policy form part of these purchase terms. At checkout, your agreement is recorded against the exact version shown and the details and total of that order. This version does not retrospectively create an agreement for earlier purchases. The printed organizer is custom made; once production begins, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or free reprints for incorrect details you supplied when we produced those details accurately. We remain responsible for our own errors, defects and the remedies required by applicable law. Digital readiness is not shipment. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. No clause removes mandatory rights relating to delay, non-delivery, defects or a product that does not match the order.
Astrology guidance
Astronizer uses interpretive astrology for reflection and planning. Guidance and hour ratings do not guarantee events, results, success or safety. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, investment or other professional advice. Make important decisions using appropriate evidence and qualified advice. This explanation does not excuse a defective organizer, an incorrect fulfilment or misleading product claims.
Accounts and permitted use
Keep sign-in links private. Access is tied to the purchase email and purchased edition. Downloaded material is for your personal use; do not resell another person's organizer or attempt unauthorized access to another account. Nothing here restricts rights granted by a third-party open-source licence. If a refund or reversal removes entitlement to the purchased service, online access may be revoked as described when that remedy is arranged.
Data and service changes
The Privacy Policy explains data handling and your options. An online service may experience interruptions; contact support if you cannot use your purchased access. We will not retrospectively change your confirmed price or remove mandatory rights by updating these terms. Material changes affecting an active purchase will be communicated with an appropriate remedy where required.
Complaints and legal rights
Contact support with your order reference and desired resolution. We will investigate the actual order and respond. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class actions, remove statutory warranties or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. These terms do not require you to give up a court or other remedy available under applicable law.
